Inspired by the Islands
The inspiration for IcyCurls came from a backpacking trip in South East Asia.
Founders Mitch & Alex were enjoying a week on the lively Thai island of Koh Lanta when they first came across this unique way of making rolled ice cream.
With lots of health-conscious tweaks to the recipe, they brought the idea back home with them to England and within a year of stepping off the plane, IcyCurls was born!
